Was the project adequately documented?

We take the long view when it comes to supporting something as essential as your business system, the heartbeat of your organization.  

We make sure there are training options available to ensure your people know how to use the ERP system. Training cuts down on processing errors and reduces questions to clarify functionality.  

That said, we know from experience that most clients, if they encounter a problem, simply want to be able to pick up a phone and pass the problem onto their Business Central/NAV partner.

The last thing they want to do is turn their key personnel into ERP investigators and lose even more time. 

That’s the approach we take with our clients. If something happens, you simply call or email us. From that point forward, we’ll take the ball. If it’s a problem we can solve on our own, we’ll do so. Otherwise, we’ll coordinate activities with your staff, contact Microsoft on your behalf, and ensure the issue is resolved to your satisfaction.

Our Process

Here’s a simple process to engage with Liberty Grove to upgrade your system and start enjoying the latest Microsoft innovations:

You fill out a discovery form.

You send or otherwise arrange for us to get a copy of your database.

We'll provide you with a fixed price quote.
Part 3 is a favorite among our customers because it provides price certainty and eliminates financial risk from the upgrade process.

The only exception to this process is if you have extensive customizations and/or third-party add-ons to your system. In that case, we will need additional information to complete our quote. The good news is some of those customizations may not be needed because that functionality may be in the new version, or a proven third-party app may satisfy your requirements.
