There are enough support options to meet your needs, and with Microsoft’s offer of up to 10 years of active support for each new Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV release, vendor abandonment is not a concern.
The problem is, Microsoft doesn’t know your specific business. And many Business Central/NAV customers don’t have the trained personnel to handle frontline Business Central/NAV support, i.e. to properly identify a problem and shepherd it through Microsoft’s support process to its successful conclusion.
