Job Description

Reporting to the President, the Operations Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day operations of the company. You will be responsible for working closely with clients and managing their expectations, and providing support to employees. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV is an asset. This role is based remotely and is located in North America.


As an Operations Coordinator you have excellent interpersonal skills, are customer focused, are organized and detail oriented.


As an Operations Coordinator you will:

  • Meet with employees and contractors on a regular basis to keep abreast of current activities providing assistance when required

  • Provide support to clients and refer them to the appropriate Business Analyst or Developer based on their required need

  • Oversee the process for client upgrades from earlier versions of NAV to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

  • Responsible for the coordination of Marketing activities including website, blogs, newsletters, email campaigns

  • Report on resource utilization weekly

  • Manage Microsoft compliance requirements

  • Events/conference coordination and planning

  • Onboard new clients

  • Develop and manage company business processes

  • Other duties as required

Key Skills

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to work Independently and remotely

  • Understanding of ERP, preferably Microsoft NAV/Dynamics 365 Business Central (asset)

  • Ability to work with clients and staff remotely

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Experience in a consulting environment (asset)

  • Excellent time management skills


  • Post-secondary education preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and direct projects

  • Proven technical skills using Microsoft Office applications in the Windows environment
